One question any blogger should always have in mind is, is his/her post visible enough for the readers? I am saying this because I have visited blogs that I couldn’t read the blog post. The title of the post was interesting, but the blog post was not viewable. This was due to the background of the theme they were using. The color of the theme was overshadowing the color of the blog psot which are ususally black. I had to highlight what I was reading, so that the letters would have a different color. Doing this enabled me to read the blog post. I wonder how many people would be able to think and have the patience to do what I did? I also did it because the post was short. If the post was long, I would had hit the back button and ran away from the blog.
A blogger looking to make money with his/her blog has to make the blog visible for the readers. If it is not, the blogger would lose traffic and traffic is equal to money. As I would have hit the back button if the post was long, I am sure other readers hit the button at the first moment they saw the blog. This means that the chance of the blogger making money from this people is slim because the people only spent like 10 seconds on his site.
The best way a blogger can do this is to make a reader friendly theme. A Theme with a white background is the best theme to use. It makes the post readable and it give the blog a good outlook. I am definitely sure that this would keep the readers more on the site, and the blogger might make money from them.
